What if I didn't get or can't find my confirmation email?
Be sure to check the spam/junk folders in your email account for an email sent from Deseret Book. If you still aren't able to locate it, CLICK HERE to have it resent to you.
When will I receive my book and/or swag bundle?
Books will ship approximately 3 days after you place your order and will take 3-6 business days to be delivered after they ship. The Swag Bundle will ship separately from your book. The Swag Bundles will begin shipping May 4th, and should arrive May 12-20.
How do I access the virtual streams?
In your confirmation email from GrowTix, it will have a link and your access code to stream the event when it is time. Can't find your confirmation email?

How many users can use my stream/how many devices can we watch the concerts on?
Tickets purchased for the concerts are limited to one stream per household, and on one device at a time per household. By attempting to stream on a second device or from a second location, the first device/location will be disconnected. Be sure to register and purchase a separate ticket for each device on which you plan on watching the concert streams.
What if I can’t watch on the release date/time?
Not a problem! You will have access to the view the event on demand through May 8th at 11:59pm MST. So you can watch anytime, anywhere.
How do I purchase tickets to give as a gift?
If you have already purchased the ticket, you can forward the confirmation email and let them know which link and code to use. If you haven't purchased tickets yet, you can purchase each one separately and enter the receiver's email address so they will receive the confirmation directly.
My confirmation has an access code but no link, now what?
Your confirmation will show an access code along with a bright green button that says "CLICK HERE TO ACCESS LIVESTREAM" when the stream becomes available.
Do I need to have social media in order to watch the event?
Nope! You will receive an access link and code to watch the event through our ticketing platform.
