Ingredients

  • 1 (1-pound) package ground Italian sausage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1¼ cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce, such as Prego or Barilla
  • 1¾ cups water
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced black olives, such as Pearls, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large ovenproof skillet, brown sausage, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add macaroni, marinara sauce, water, and olives. Cook for about 10 minutes or until macaroni is soft.
  4. Top with shredded cheeses, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup (half a 15-ounce can) pumpkin purée
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Chocolate chips (amount to preference)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Drop full tablespoons of dough onto prepared cookie sheets.
  4. Bake for 10–13 minutes, or until cookies are light and fluffy.
